You will check in at the main gate. The attendant will check your ID. They will issue your parking pass that must be displayed in the car window at all times while parked within the complex. Once inside the condo there will be Lanyards with cards that will be used to access all entrance gates in Gulf Highlands.

House Rules
No Smoking in the condo. Please keep "sandy" items outside or on the back patio. Do not hang clothing or towels on the balcony banister. Please read and follow check out rules on the refrigerator. Please follow all posted rules within the Gulf Highlands complex including speed limits and rules posted at the pools.
Min age rule
21
The guest signing the rental agreement must be 21 years old and must be present during the stay.
Notes
We will always be willing to work with our guests in case of emergencies arising for the need to cancel after deadlines.
